chinese style
when i was in high school, a friend of mine, she is from the lower batch, brought a book of chinese style paintings in school. i was inspired by the paintings, i love the way chinese artists treated the watercolor medium. so at that very day when i reached home, i tried it myself. good thing there was a general merchandise store, just in the front of our school that sells cheap chinese brushes, five pesos each.and these are the results. i made quite a lot and gave them to my high school friends. too bad i don’t have scanner and pc at the time. these are the ones that left. i know i have some other paintings with this kind of treatment here somewhere. maybe one of these days, when i have time, i will paint again ala chinese style. haha, hope you like it.
